You understand that you maintain a respectful and professional attitude during our correspondence

You understand that the maximum response time to my messages is a week. Failing to respond to my messages will result in automatic cancellation of your commission

You understand that I reserve the right to decline any commission on my own terms

You understand that by requesting a commission, you have read and agree to ALL terms and conditions in this section

You understand that the pricing is subject to change at any given moment without further notice

You understand that payments are accepted through PayPal only

You understand that an upfront payment of half (50%) the commission price is required upon starting your commission. The remaining half will be paid before the delivery of the final product

You understand that upon cancellation of the commission, all payments already made are non-refundable

You understand that you got enough funds to afford the commission prior to commissioning me. Only under special circumstances will I be able to appoint a payment plan

If the final product exceeds the commissioned time and is not a result of a revision requesting an extension, no extra fees will be applied

You understand that for compositions, the minimum delivery period of the first draft is 3 weeks per composition

You understand that for a deadline shorter than 3 weeks but no shorter than a week, a rush fee will be issued depending on the urgency

For compositions, I will forward intermediate versions of the commission about once per week. If for any reason I am unable to deliver the final product within the agreed deadline, I will notify you in advance

You understand that per commission, a maximum of TWO major and TWENTY minor revisions are provided to the commissioner. Minor revisions are considered simple/ small tweaks to the music without affecting the overall composition and major revisions are considered larger changes to the music, e.g. rewriting or changing a full section

You understand that requesting an extension of the duration will count as TWO major revisions and has a limit of a minute before additional fees will be applied

You understand that revisions can be issued during the commission process and up to 3 days after the final product has been delivered

You understand that any additional revision requests exceeding the provided revisions or beyond the 3 days after final delivery will be subject to additional fees

You understand that the listed pricing is for personal use only. Licensing for commercial use is subject to additional fees and can be arranged through email

You understand that it is not permitted to use any of the intermediary versions nor modify the final product in any shape or form with the exception of using fragments in short videos or clips.

Otherwise, you are free to use the final product in your streams and videos, under assumption that you give proper credit

You understand that proper credit entails mentioning me by my handle, Vae Song, as well as link my Twitter and/ or YouTube in any sort of description on your videos and/ or stream

You understand that you may not use the product in any offensive, racist, threatening, and/or derogatory content. If the product is used for such means, I have the full right to revoke the Copyright given to you, the client, without having to provide a refund. Continuous use of the song after revocation of Copyright will result in a DMCA strike against the content creator

You understand that upon cancellation of the commission, I will retain all rights over any and all versions of the commission I have sent and you, the client, are NOT permitted to use the commission in any shape or form

You understand that by commissioning me, you are permitting me to use the final product as part of my portfolio
